Double-glazed flat glass rooflights for flat and low-pitched roofs
Brett Martin’s flat glass rooflight brings measured daylight into flat-roofed extensions and commercial builds through a thermally isolated aluminium frame and a laminated double-glazed unit. The glass construction achieves a centre-pane U-value of 1.1W/m²K, non-fragility to CWCT TN-67, and Secured by Design accreditation on fixed variants. The powder-coated aluminium frame is available in Grey (RAL 7016) or Black (RAL 9005), with a clean internal finish that conceals all cabling and actuators on powered opening units. The product is BBA accredited, backed by a BRE-verified Environmental Product Declaration, and carries a 10-year warranty.
